Refund and Return Policy

1. We ONLY accept returns for accessories and wigs, costumes are unable to be returned and exchanged.
2. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving orders.
3. We will offer 100% refund only of products which are defected, or sent by mistake.
4. We do NOT accept refunds for customize costume.
5. Our dressmaker will start customizing the dress for you within 2 days after receiving your payment, it’s impossible to cancel an order after 2 days.
6. For the returns, customers will need to bear the shipping cost during the return process.
7. All shipping fee CosplayFU charged is the shipping fee for one-time shipping only.
   *If the order is separated into 2 packages (not customer responsibility), the second delivery method will be changed to Hong Kong Post or China Post automatically. Customers can pay extra shipping fee to upgrade their second delivery method.
   *If the order has to be sent twice (responsibility is on customer side), then customer will need to pay the shipping fee for second delivery.
8. If the package is returned to us without reason, we will need to confirm all shipping information with the customer and the customer will need to responsible for the shipping fee of second delivery.
9. "Estimated Delivered Date" is just a prediction only, not a guaranteed.
10. If the order is shipped already, then shipping fee cannot be refunded.
11. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
